re:  (number of list members/ Vanagons still on the road today)*100

Need to adjust formula to account for owners of multiple
Vanagons--suggest count them twice in numerator.  Now, since term
"Vanagon" is used, this must be for North America only, which might be
OK since the #-on-road figure will be easiest to obtain.  Wouldn't
even venture to suggest how to find figures for what North Americans
call 3rd-world countries, but I bet numbers are significant.  Perhaps
numbers could be Europe + North America.  When I signed up for this
list over a year ago, someone was collecting statistics--is number of
list members and number of Vanagons they own available?
