Hello, sorry to waste the bandwith on this, but I cannot figure out how to
subscribe by digest.  I have read, re-read, tried and re-tried for the last
hour and a half on how to try to do this, and all I have to show for it is
carpal-tunnel syndrome.  :-)  Any help is very much appreciated.
