He must have forgotten to mention that the baby was born in the back of
their '87 Westy as they were rushing to make the border crossing.

I can see the scene now...  "My God honey, hurry - if we don't make it to
the other side before the baby is born, we'll be filling out paperwork for
the next three years!..."
