Leave the rear seatback up and turn the area behind the seatback and over
the engine into a "crib".  This is how my children were introduced to
Westy camping.

Parents can sleep upstairs.  Sure you will be cozy up there, but as you
are expecting twins, I guess being cozy doesn't bother you............
