To adjust browser font size:

Netscape:  Edit/Preferences/Fonts

IE:  Tools/Internet Options/Fonts

Any version of either from 3.0 to 5.X can be adjusted to read
anything.  However, if the page author created the text as part of a
graphics file, then WYSIWG.  In later versions of Netscape, there is a
significant wait upon clicking "font," but it eventually gets there.
