RHS Right hand side.... You got it right.
If you stick your head out the left side window and some opens the
sliding door then..........

I'm curious. I assume you mean the rear-most side window. if that's
right why
did VW only offer the right side rear-most window that opens and not
the left
(assming RHS means "right hand side".)

At any rate, if i'm reading this right, those of us with Vanagons in
the US
could swap in a window that opens in the rear pretty easily. And as for
a
westy, you'd probably only want the right hand rear-most side window to
open
being that the wardrobe closet blocks the left rear-most side window.
