205,000 on the original 1.9 in my '84 with 110,000 on the last head
replacement.  Now it burns oil and has low compression so I am replacing
it this spring with a 2.1.  I have done excellent PM, but it had 30,000
on it when I bought it in 1986.  Definitely driven hard in hilly Seattle
and on many trips heavily loaded.  I think 200,000 is about it unless
you drive only on flat freeways in nice weather!
