My front heater valve has grown too stiff to even be turned using pliers. I ordered and promptly received (Thanks Ken at Vanagain) the replacement. My question is will I introduce a big bubble into the cooling system when I replace it? And are there any tips/tricks to doing this without having to bleed the cooling system? Stefan Weir
