I live in Norway, Europe, so it's an Euro-spec vehicle. The engine is carb'ed, and it has an xtremely annoing off idle stumble - Noticable when cold (under choke) and irritating when hot! I don't know how many times I have stalled the engine trying to accelerate from a full stop. The single carb has a huge heater element directly under the carb. What I told Christian, and I believe this may be the culprit, is the accelerator pump membrane that is torn. This would give just this symptom, as it doesn't give the squirt of gas needed to compensate the sudden increase in air flow. PerL 87 Syncro 112i
