Put a pin in it, and move it all around its angles of rotation.

I just did this, and it worked to free up whatever debris was causing the
clog.

Any tips on improving the spray from my passenger side windshield washer?
The driver's side works fine.

PS  The new wiring harness has made a big difference in performance. No
more stumbling for the moment. I'll provide a fuller report as soon as I've
gone  through a couple of tanks of gas.
