This past week gasoline prices jumped to an all time high in Quesnel $0.659 per liter of 87 octane fuel and $0.759 for 91 octane fuel, Diesel is $0.549. I know this is cheaper than other parts of Canada, but I would not mind knowing the price of fuel in other parts of the world. To make this the same for everyone, let use the list majority of US Dollars and US Gallons... I know I will get flamed for this but hey... Also let use the following formulas so we are all taking the same thing. 3.785 liters = 1 US gallon (liquid) 1.45 Canadian Dollars = 1.00 US Dollars 0.689 US Dollars = 1.00 CAD So in Quesnel 1 US gallon 87 octane = $1.81 USD 1 US gallon 91 octane = $1.98 USD 1 US gallon Diesel = $1.43 USD Filling my Syncro with 87 Octane costs almost $50 Canadian / $35 USD! -- David Marshall - - Quesnel, BC, Canada -- -- 78 VW Rabbit, 80 VW Caddy, 84 VW Westie, 85 VW Cabriolet -- -- 87 Audi 5000 Quattro, 88 2.0L VW Syncro Double Cab -- -- David's Volkswagen Home Page http://www.volkswagen.org -- -- Fast Forward Autobahn Sport Tuning http://www.fastforward.ca -- -- david@volkswagen.org (pmail) or vanagon@volkswagen.org (list) --
