Yes they are rebuildable if you have the tools to do it (hones and snap ring
pliers, etc).  A rebuild kit for the MC runs $55 for an FAG kit and $45 for a
no name one.
Of course a brand new ATE unit with new switches already installed in it and
ready to slap on there is $80 (I have these in stock and ready to send out to
you via Priority mail if you need one).
