See if you can find a new OEM bumper by using
http://www.partsvoice.com.  This is now owned by Cobalt, and we bought
them because they have the largest OEM parts database on the Net.
Sometimes you can get a good deal from a dealer who has old stock and
doesn't get much call for Vanagon parts.
