Your FLAPS will have a lovely device called a remote starter switch or
somesuch -- just a big pushbutton with two clipleads that go to the starter
control terminal and the alternator.  Push the button, it cranks.  Make
sure it's out of gear, though.

You could build one, but they only get $12 or so at the store...
