When I first got my van, it was missing a rectangular bushing that fits
in the track over the top of the door guide post.  The door operated
normally but rattled a lot, and presumably was banging the heck out of the
metal parts.  As I recall, the bushing was pretty cheap from the dealer and
fairly easy to install (I think i used a C-clamp to press it onto the door
post).
