Even better, stick the amp under the front seat (if it is not too big), and
it will have short cables, and be close to the battery for minimal loss of
juice and more oomph! I have one amp under each of the two front seats. In
addition, they are mostly out-of-sigth from the long-fingered scum that
like to break into unsuspecting VWs.
