Is it possible to replace the differential in a Westy with automatic
transmission without replacing the tranny?  A guy I met did a silly
thing, as we all do from time to time, and replaced the differential oil
with transmission fluid.  Needless to say, the gears didn't last long!
I'm thinking, though, that the transmission may still be okay and just
the diff. needs to be replaced.  Has anybody here done this job before?
How hard is it?  How costly?
