I have some parts that i cant yet identify:
1. on the steering column there is a black toggle switch that has a return
spring in it. When you switch it it returns to its original position. Is
this some type of ''choke" that may have been added.

2. in the engine compartment, left front wall there is a do-hickey that is
composed of 4 white tubes with wires coming out of them on one end and
connected to a plug, the plug is connected to the ECU harness I believe. It
is shrouded in a metal holder and then bolted to the engine compartment
panel. It looks like it has been replaced because the wires are spliced to
the plug, is this ok, and what is it. I couldn't find the item in bently. I
didn't look thoroughly.
