Yeah, everyone p-mailed. I tried a couple of times to re-post to the group... at least the replies that helped. Right now, I've got a piece of latex glove as gasket/thread tape with the broken cap on top. The BusDepot sending me new cap. I'm having Autometrics in Berkeley check out other parts of the heater core and a general once-over since I just got the van. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to remove the carpet and associated support boards and mating. They're all soaked with antifreeze and I'd like to chuck the carpet, clean-up the support boards, and hose out the bottom of the passenger area before we go on any camping trips Todd '84 Westy "Titania" ----- Original Message ----- From: <Dldemarest@aol.com> To: <toddgrx@pacbell.net> Sent: Tuesday, March 28, 2000 5:22 PM Subject: Re: Leaking antifreeze from under rear passenger seat > Did you get the info you needed from the list? everyone must have p-mailed > you because I didn't see their replies. > > I had the EXACT same thing happen to me, except on the freeway so I > overheated and damaged the head gaskets.
