By the way, if you have some nice large bins, you're well on your way toward having a basic shower. Just need about 10 feet of tubing, which you slip onto the faucet and some sort of spray on the other end. I use a kitchen faucet spray; better than a shower head w/ handle. Then, just loop the tube over the poptop support, suspend from the skylight w/ a bungee and let it rain straight down on you. Stand in the bin, and get clean. You can keep your van dry w/ a hoola hoop and a couple curtains hung from it, too. wedge the hoop btwn the bunk cushions and suspend the other side from the poptop support w/ bungee. Not a bracing shower, but it works. > > > >>Other helpful hints for storage? > > > > > >We use two plastic bins that we got at Target for > things that we take > > >out every stop, e.g. food and eating things. > They double as side > > >tables to our camping chairs if we don't have a > regular campsite. > > >When we pull into a campsite, we put them on the > picnic table and > > >every thing is right there, no running back and > forth to get > > >something.
