Mike: I think you can easily go a week or more with everything going. I have gone on 3,500 mile 15-day trips with a family of three without filling up on propane. Of course, when camping, we usually cook outside on the Coleman or over the open fire. Cooking in the Vanagon is reserved for breakfast coffee, boiling water, and if its raining outside. :-) I have left my fridge running for 18 days straight without running out of gas.
