You are really in luck my friend.  I just completed this little task
with my engine on a stand last weekend.  Much easier since I could
rotate it to whatever side I was working on, but it still took me so
long to get all this stuff attached I didn't get the engine installed,
so I can still send you some pix when I get home tonight.

The Bentley is only marginally useful, shows the parts but in an
exploded diagram of the exhaust system, not how they are attached to the
engine.
