All:
   My 84 Westy has lost the brake lights and I'm trying to get some help on
the wiring.   The orginal owner's must have been a bit paranoid about theft
since there are no less than 2 remenants of alarm systems on the van.   To go
with the alarms systems there are 7 different panic buttons located on the
dash and near the back seat.
   I'm afraid that somehow they tied the alarm system to the brake lights.
Can someone tell me were at the brake pedal the wire connects to the brake
lights and possibly where the brake light wire enters under the dash?   I'm
going to try to run a new wire vice trying to find the old alarm system
wiring.
