Having heard from the list that Motor Up destroys engines/transmissions, I
approached the Commerce Commisions here in New Zealand. They said that the
US Federal Trade Commission is currently taking action against the Motor Up
Corporation, and that the CC will not be taking any action "at this time".
The CC "has settled with a company promoting Motor Up in New Zealand
concerning misrepresentations in its advertising"...(which of course
REMAINS misleading.

If anyone is following the proceedings in the US, please keep the list
posted. I'm sure I'm not the only one interested.
