I am one of those AARP folks too.. I think the AARPers get a discounted pass but not free. Our most popular National Parks are crawling with foreigners. Do they get cut a deal on taxes in the parks? I personally feel very proud when I see them ohhhing and ahhhhhing our natural wonders. The parks do a lot to soften our image as a country of violence. My VA disability got me the pass. I have saved >several hundred dollars. I wish it worked in State Parks. Great. Between 1% disabled, and AARP folks, getting in free, and the foreign visitors who pay no taxes towards the parks, it looks like there are about 3 of us out here paying all the money to keep the parks open. (not sure if I should put a smiley, or a frowny here) Regards, John
