The arms on the captains chairs on my '91 are feeling really loose.  How do
you go about tightening them up, if that's possible?  I can't seem to find a
way to access the actual joint without cutting some material.  That doesn't
seem right.

Also, I've heard that there are Captains chairs that swivel.  Is this so?
