Arnie got back to me and gave a
thumbs-up in principal to the design
criteria i submitted for the portable
heater : 4000 BTU, quick connect gas
line, stable, low center of gravity,
easy to stow and durable and
light-weight, window insert for flu
vent.  He reports that others have
expressed interest in a heater that can
be carried along when needed and set up
quickly.  Design criteria for a
permanent installation vanagon cat plart
vented heater can still be submitted,
but someone else has to be the master
chef on that one.

There has been no discussion on time
frames on building these.   A straw poll
showing interest might help motivate an
effort to have them built by next
winter.
