I recently bought an 85 Westy. I don't have the key to the water tank
and the PO did not have it either.

I asked the Bus Depot to see if they sold this key and the answer was
to buy the whole cap assembly for $50.00. I don't want to spend this
kind of money for a key.

Here are some questions:

1- Is the key the same in all tanks?
2- if so can a locksmith make a copy?
3- is there some one out that would be so kind to make tha copy and I
will pay for the service?
4- If I bust the lock, would the cap still work?
