sign up too, that would double the total
to $10 per person.  200 people = $2000,
and it does not cost anyone a penny.
the odds of being the "recipient" of the
$2000 would be 200/1...not too bad.  If
there were 4 categories, ..$1000, $500,
$300 and $200, the odds would be 50/1.
Does it sound realistic or illegal?
