Um, Tim.  If I know your full name, I could look you up and give you a
status on your order.

Many folks have sent in orders, and some have paid.  Some are apparently
waiting for invoices from PayPal.  Some have mailed me checks and/or money
orders.  I have not responded to anyone as of yet, and am anticipating
sending out PayPal invoices tomorrow.
