The driver's side door is very difficult to lock and unlock from the
outside.  When I took my van to the mechanic, I mentioned the problem
(passenger side was having same problem, but is now still OK), and all he
did was WD-40 the lock.  He told me to keep doing it, which I have been, but
it has gotten to the point again where it is very difficult to lock from the
outside, and won't unlock at all (cylinder won't turn).

What can I do myself, since the advce I was given is no longer working?
