David, I just wrote to Mark Drillock, giving him an update. My fridge is sitting out on a table, along with the tank and 10' of copper tubing to connect the two. After I replaced the Marshall 260 regulator with a Marshall 290, the sucker fired right up. I tried to use a barbecue tank, but apparently the regulator was a bit too powerful. I would get a good fwoomp, but it wouldn't light. I think it would just blow itself out. Anyway, bottom line is that it fired right up with the 290, but wouldn't light at all with the 260. Good luck, Karl Wolz ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Marshall" <vanagon@VOLKSWAGEN.ORG> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Tuesday, May 16, 2000 11:13 PM Subject: Dometic 182 - no flame 'cause no propane - HELP! > I've spent the last few hours trying to get my damn fridge to light in my > 84 Westie...
