yeah! i remember that!! it was all about violins in america and
how carrying buns in your car would cause violins and all that
stuff. i still don't understand it all, but hey! i've got me a
fiddle right under my back seat!!! let some Pillsbury doughboy
try to mess with me and i'll fry his undercooked butt!! that
g-string on my fiddle is a mean one!

personally, i prefer brass instruments, but you have to keep
shining them all the time and the spit valve makes a horrible
noise if the tubas aren't playing to cover it up. :)

aw, lettem get nasty! i'm all keyed up now for some violins!! and
that one fellow has already posted about backpacking git-fiddles
... a veiled threat if ever i read one!! next thing you know,
someone will come up with the fact that, in a camper with the top
popped, you can play a bass or cello standing up!!!

i never liked them string section folks anyway!! all frayed
around the edges if you ask me. and the drum section ... wound
way too tight.

the only subjects that are verboten are sex, religion, and
politics. cause any discussion of those starts violins... and the
next thing you know, the whole damned orchestra is whacking each
other with batons and throwing sheet music at each other ... or
trying to tune their instruments and creating a horrible racket.
:( and if it's after 9pm, the park rangers show up in their
little nazi trucks and throw us all out of the park!! and after
we PAID for three days, too!! i tell you, it was not a pretty
sight. :(

i'll get along when they pry my trombone from my cold dead
fingers!!!! i ain't gonna take much more of this violins!!! i'm
tired of elevator music and all those damned string quartets!!!
where's some dixieland jazz ensembles?? how about some sousa
marches! yeah, that'll lift the spirits! get rid of those wimpy
violins and cellos and guitars!!
