At the moment I am the owner of two turbo diesel VW 4-cylinder engines
complete.

One of these engines is from a VW Quantum and has low miles on it (88k
miles), and is a known good engine (the car was in an accident and the engine
was run, and everything before it was pulled).  As you may know the Quantum
turbo is on an angle that allows it to miss the Vanagon diesel motor mount on
the driver's side (in other words this engine is perfect for a swap into a
Diesel Vanagon).  The other nice thing about this motor is that it is
complete with alternator, A/C compressor, power steering pump, and even
cruise control unit still mounted on the motor.  Of course the motor comes
with the injection pump, all the fuel lines, and the injectors still there
along with the vacuum pump.  I am asking $800 for this motor (it is worth
more but I would like to move it).

The other engine is from a Golf TD and is complete as well (no A/C).  This
engine has been rebuilt in the past and was still running when pulled but is
basically a good core.  It has around 400k miles on it total but if you need
these turbo parts, it would be perfect for a rebuild.  I would like $600 obo
for this motor.

I am located in Southern New Jersey, 1 hour from Philadelphia.  It would be
great if you could come and get the motor, but I will ship it if I need to
(shipping and handling are extra).  I can take credit cards.  Please foward
this to the diesel VW list.
