Went by Sam's and found that they could order the Michelin LTX in C rating
size 195/75R/14 in blackwall for $72.99. Until May 31, there is a $16 rebate
on every two Michelin tires purchased. So, $72.99 - $8 = $64.99 per tire.
Plus the taxes and mounting. Since it is a special order, they require
pre-payment.
