Finally got around to installing my EKTA CD and I lost the instructions (my fault). But I figured how hard could it be, so I went to "Start" chose run and browse, then the setup file on the cd. The setup seemed to go fine all the way through to the end. Finally after it was installed I got an error message about "Explorer" and that it was going to be shut down and when I tried to close it the computer locked up. I restarted the computer and now the EKTA shortcut is no longer on the desktop. What did I do wrong? I saw the "Hardlock" setup program. Should I have run this before the EKTA setup program? How do I fix it to get it to work? Sorry about the bandwidth. Thanks, Ken Wilford http://www.vanagain.com John 3:16 Phone: (856)-765-1583 Shop: (856)-327-0027 Fax: (856)-327-2242
