This is a common problem with some brands of tire. What happens is that
when you take off the valve cap, instead of the air inside the tire
escaping, the tire shows the tendency to 'suck' in the air outside the
tire. This of course causes chronic overinflation and a very harsh ride.
Best to avoid these types of tire.
