OK- Uncle, I wasn't totally current on all the new EPA testing Laws in
every state for privatley owned  vehicles.
SO-- In Mass, Nev, and AZ, you have to have you diesal tested.
So, this must mean in all the other 47 states,your OK.
What do they test for?
Excessive Soot?
The Gag Factor?
