I did get the throttle position switch cams in stock.  The cam is only $2.45
PN 025 133 136A and the washer that is supposed to be changed with it is 025
133 188 $.58
The cam wears and then your throttle position switch doesn't close when the
engine is a idle, sometimes causing poor idling, surging idle, etc.
