While we are talking about Suby engines- anyone out there convert an air
cooled Vanagon to a water pumper?  Common snse tells me that it would be
wise to sell the Air cool van and buy a water pumper in need of an engine.
But as, usual, I have time and money into mine and the body is rust free,
even if it ain't pretty.

Also the new 1.8 turbo engine VW is putting into Bugs, Jettas, Golfs and
Audi coupes seems like it would be a good choice in a few years when
avaiable in junk yards.
