Bully,

Can't say that I'm surprised.  Had quite a few problems getting a core refund
from them (posted to the list) finally got them to repair a head for what
they owed me.  Only after sending them at least ten emails (no joke) a day
for 2 weeks and one phone call every other.  Just hope there aren't any
listies waiting for anything from them.

I'm sure we'll get the "Oh don't kick the guy when he's down" replies on
this.  After almost two years of dealing with these guys on one transaction,
SORRY I'm flame proof on this one.
