The driver's side power window system is separate from the
passenger side with the exception of the clustered switches
(which share power and ground).
Since, apparently, neither the driver's door switch nor the
passenger side switch currently operates the passenger side
window...
You have four (4) distinct potential sources of culprits:
1. Driver's side switch for passenger window
2. Broken wire to passenger side switch
3. Broken/stuck window regulator
4. Broken passenger side window motor
I just replaced a broken( SPROING! ) driver's side window
regulator, a passenger side window motor, AND cleaned the
switches on BOTH sides on our Carat.
The regulator and motor R&R process can be a bitch IF you don't
know what you're doing :-)... likewise dismantling and reassembling
the malfunctioning power window pivot switches.
Bentley helped...some.
