To reach The Bus Depot for the typical reasons (orders, questions, etc.),
email     sales@busdepot.com .   This reaches Jerry and Abby, who handle
most of our website questions and orders. They are supposed to respond to
all email within 1-3 business days.  It is important to me that this 1-3 day
timeframe be maintained, so if you do not get a response by then, please do
me a favor and let me know so I can do something about it.

To reach me personally, email     busdepot@email.com .     Use this for
issues that require my personal attention or intervention, i.e. problems,
complaints, questions that Jerry and Abby could not answer, etc.  (Not that
I don't want to handle every inquiry personally, but if I did, I wouldn't
have any time left over to run the business!)
