Their website is screwed up. They're using CSS (stylesheets) and
the file 'carparts.css' cannot be found. Internet Exploiter just
swallows this error, but Nerdscape doesn't.

Netscape folks - to see the PhartsPlace website, temporarily disable
Style Sheets in your preferences & the site will miraculously
appear!
