I have just sent a customer some Bosch glow plugs.  The boxes all looked the
same so I just assumed they were the same plugs inside.  When he recieved
them he found that there were three different styles of Bosch glow plugs with
different numbers on the plugs themselves

0 250 200 052 710
0 250 201 032 710  (have two of these)

What he wants is the Slow Glow plugs and I have no idea which of these three
numbers are the slow glow and which are the faster ones.  Can anyone help out
on this.  This problem is compounded by the fact that the customer is in
Panama on a Yacht (where is the Vanagon conten? I have no idea :) and needs
these plugs for the VW diesel engine I just sold him.  Anty help would be
appreciated.
