I have a few questions regarding cup holders.  Were they standard on
vanagons, and if so, for what years and models?  Where were they
located?  Are there any photos available that show the positioning?

I own a 1987 Vanagon GL Westfalia ( with two new vanagon.com stickers
proudly displayed), but have not cup holders.
