The catch is that it's set up for a vehicle without drip rails and it has
short cross bars. To convert it to fit drip rails costs about $35 from
Yakima. It has the locks. $25 +frt. I also have a set of 4 alloy drip rail
mounts for $35. With these you use a 2x4 or pipe for the rack surface.
