Hi there ! There has been a lot of questions about which car wheels that would fit Vanagons over the last years, and of course there are quite a number that - with some machining - will, but keep in mind that Vanagons ARE heavy and are allowed to carry quite some extra load too! Not many small passenger cars are designed that way, and I am dead sure that they do not use more metal than they have to in order to make them rims "Vanagonable" :) Especially since low weight on the wheels improves both handling and comfort !! So if you cant / wont spend your money on weight approved "alloys", try paint or hubcaps on your old rusty steel wheels - and dont risk your Vanagon / life on a "possible to break " but good looking passengercar wheel ! Just a thought..... Calle -88 Vanagon - on original steelwheels WITH hubcaps ;-) Mullhyttan , Sweden
