neuralgia. (a.k.a "suicide neuralgia")  Longer answer:  medical provider
induced, possible governmentally inspired retribution for being a squeaky
wheel.  In Russia they used to send people like me to a lonely archipelago,
in America that cannot be done.
There are much more insidious solutions.

Hope you have a good handle on your "myalgia" situation, as my t.n. tends to
spiral and flare.  In flare mode now.
