    Eric, check the rotors.  Are they smooth and without grooves ?  Apply
brakes get out and jack up front of your van.  Try turning either wheel.  The
wheels should turn freely.  If not the callipers are seized up and dragging.
Other possibility is the pads are scrap and vibrating in their retainers.
Change the pads for good quality pads.
